Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar with the ESG + Non-sales Marketing Head and the heads of the respective Social and Environmental Impact teams.
- Ideate and execute marketing initiatives including both digital and offline communications and events, managing budgets, timelines, creative development and agency relationships.
- Help develop the communications strategy and objectives for the ESG 'master brand' as well as for the individual initiatives.
- Set clear and measurable marketing objectives. Plan and execute the ATL/BTL campaigns along with partners.
- Leverage research, data and consumer / market trends to develop deeper audience understanding and create effective marketing plans.
- Support the overall ESG narrative and contribute to driving a positive impact on Indian society.
- Set and monitor KPIs for how brand achieves its ESG marketing objectives.
- Coordinate across functions internally for his/her initiatives and projects.
- Work closely with other ESG brand managers to ensure all ESG-related projects come together to create a strong and cohesive message for bran
