Role Overview:
We're seeking a visionary marketing leader who's equal parts growth hacker, creative storyteller, and data-driven strategist.
This person will be responsible for scaling brand presence, driving performance marketing, and achieving ambitious sales growth goals.
You'll collaborate closely with the founding team and take ownership of our marketing strategy, ensuring our message resonates and converts.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Hack Strategies:
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Design and launch viral campaigns, referral programs, and community-building initiatives that create buzz and organic growth.
- Identify and collaborate on strategic partnerships with brands and influencers aligned with brand's ethos.
- Leverage data and experimentation to discover unconventional channels and tactics for growth.
Creative Direction:
- Oversee and elevate the visual and narrative identity of brand across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content - including photos, videos, and brand campaigns - that tell our story and drive engagement.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns tailored for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, etc.
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and customer experiences.
Performance Marketing & KPIs:
- Define and track key performance indicators: CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and emerging channels.
- Lead A/B testing of creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Build and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and high returns on marketing spend.
Sales Growth:
- Align marketing efforts directly with revenue goals, ensuring every campaign translates to measurable sales impact.
- Develop promotional strategies, product bundles, and limited-time offers to boost average order value and repeat purchases.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to plan and execute high-impact product launches.
- Analyze customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine the marketing strategy.
