Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop market strategies to gain share/ develop category and achieve top and bottom-line targets for the brand
- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums
- Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of category development
- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy, if required
- Works with agency partners to ensure business/ consumer understanding are inputted promptly and effective manner
- Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development.
- Responsible for understanding the brand penetration, and performance with the help of data.
- Identify the right opportunities.
- Possess a keen understanding of the Indian consumer and retail landscape, strong leadership skills to run projects with big autonomy, and the ambition to drive discontinuous growth.
- Liaison with cross functional teams to manage the innovation funnel
- Manage projects seamlessly which are dependent on cross functions delivery through collaboration
- Innovation mind set and agile thinking to leverage on the new age technologies
- Result oriented with strong analytical mind-set
- Ability to collate complex information, identify patterns and map opportunities
- Ability to understand a problem, structure the analysis needed to solve it and come up with innovative and insightful solutions and recommendations inform business decisions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
