3. Understand changing consumer needs via market visits & researches

4. Plan and execute 360 degree marketing campaigns

5. Plan heavy trade visibility to increase share in shelf.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve biz goals.

7. ROI assessment on regular basis.
