* Bachelors/Masters Degree in HR or related field
* 1-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
* Familiar with recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of various non-IT roles and technologies is a plus.
