Job Description
We are launching a new process for the US Outbound Sales team, and this will be a pilot batch.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months 3 years (maximum)
- Mandatory Experience: Prior experience in a US Outbound Sales process
- Shift Timings:
- First shift starts at 6:00 PM IST
- Last shift starts at 9:00 PM IST
- No late-night shifts
- Week Offs: Fixed Saturday and Sunday
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Based on last drawn salary
- Night Shift Allowance:
- Annual Loyalty Bonus
