Exciting opportunity for Nurses! (Virtual Nurse Analyst)
Department: HAS-VNA
Location: Coimbatore
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
Position Type: Full-Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review clinical documents and interpret patient conditions.
- Determine treatment needs and assess nursing home capabilities.
- Make and communicate admission decisions.
- Document patient information in the EHR system.
- Manage multiple reviews and documentation tasks efficiently.
Skills Required:
- Strong clinical nursing knowledge
- Proficiency in medical terminologies, lab results, and medication interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with healthcare documentation and understanding of data privacy
