Staff Nurse

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient records.
• Medical Procedures: Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared and sterilized.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Compliance: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing appropriate nursing interventions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
• Valid nursing license registered with the Tamil Nadu Nursing Council.
• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil languages.
