Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Administration

Role & responsibilities

1. Should have worked in Administration for at least 10 years and handled Facility Management services with direct reporting of 20 manpower in facility services.
2. Deployment of manpower across locations - including leave management, schedule of services, reporting time, attendance, etc.
3. Inventory Management House Keeping & Pantry Consumables, Inventory & Stock of Crockery & Cutlery.
4. AMC Services
5. Coordination with 3rd Party supervisors to ensure seamless service at Head Office & monitor the upkeep of the office.
6. Knowledge of SAP system (PO, SES, GRN, etc.) & MS Office

Preferred candidate profile:

Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi (Should be able to understand and communicate in English)

Education: Graduation
