Learning & Development Trainer (Freelancer)

Responsibilities:

• Offer training for Soft skills, Behavioral skills and Other training.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
• Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and facilitate skill transfer to the job.
• Modify training content and delivery methods as needed to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
• Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, learning modules, videos, and other resources.

Requirements:

• Conduct in-person training sessions.
• 6-10 years of proven experience as a Learning and Development Trainer or similar role.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
• Willing to do freelancing.
