We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our sales team and achieving ambitious company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's presence in existing ones.
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.
- Lead Market Research Efforts: Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Recruit and Onboard Top Talent: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing sales professionals.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Mentor and Train Sales Teams: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team members.
- Organize training sessions to enhance skills in prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Set and Monitor Performance Goals: Establish individual and team sales objectives, regularly track progress, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Act as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on company goals and customer needs.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Monitor sales metrics, generate detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
