Job Summary:
Aristo Indiais seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Sales Head with a strongbackground in sales leadership within the South Indian market. The idealcandidate will have an MBA in Sales and 15-20 years of progressive salesexperience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, buildingstrong client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams.
KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Formulate and implement long-term and short-term sales strategies to achieve company goals.
    • Align sales strategies with market trends and company objectives.
    • Sales Forecasting and Review:
      • Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts.
      • Establish a robust review mechanism with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) to ensure accuracy.
      • Client and Dealer Relationship Management:
        • Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers and customers.
        • Negotiate effectively to close deals that meet or exceed company expectations.
        • Team Leadership and Development:
          • Lead and motivate the South Regional sales team to achieve targets.
          • Analyse team performance metrics, conduct RCA and CAPA, and provide training as needed to achieve sales goals.
          • Market Research and Expansion:
            • Identify and explore new markets for potential dealers and customers.
            • Stay informed on market behaviour, trends, and product positioning.
            • Sales Reporting:
              • Prepare and present sales reports aligned with the forecast provided to management.
              • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
              • Team SWOT Analysis:
                • Conduct SWOT analysis for the team and plan training sessions to address identified needs.
                • Client Satisfaction and Retention:
                  • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by understanding their needs, delivering exceptional service, and addressing concerns promptly.
                  • Foster long-term client relationships that lead to retention and loyalty.
                  • Revenue Growth:
                    • Drive revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services to key accounts.
                    • Explore opportunities to increase client spend with the organization.
                    • Strategic Account Planning:
                      • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve mutual goals, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
                      • Customer Advocacy:
                        • Lead the team in understanding client needs and challenges, and advocate for tailored solutions that enhance the client experience.
                        • Risk Management:
                          • Identify and manage potential risks within key accounts, proactively addressing issues and developing contingency plans.
                          • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
                            • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified approach to meeting client needs.
                            • Market Insights and Competitor Analysis:
                              • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
                              • Long-Term Relationship Building:
                                • Invest in understanding clients businesses and become a trusted advisor, laying the foundation for enduring partnerships.
                                  Qualifications:
                                  • MBA in Sales or related field.
                                  • 10 to 15 years of sales experience with significant exposure to the South Indian market.
                                  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
                                  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
                                  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
