Senior Manager - Business Development - e-waste Industry (2-6 yrs)

Job Profile:

- Developing and executing business development strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue while focusing on increasing the market share in the e-waste industry.

- Identifying and engaging potential clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities and foster growth.

- Leading sourcing activities to secure cost-effective and efficient supplies.

- Building and managing a high-performing team by providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to achieve business objectives and targets.

- Creating a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.

- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners, to drive business growth and ensure long-term partnerships.

- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities, mitigate risks, and stay ahead in the e-waste recycling market.

- Setting and achieving Sourcing targets & goals and performance metrics while aligning strategies with company objectives.

- Implementing best practices for feedstock sourcing, ethical business practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements within the e-waste recycling industry for overall business success and reputation.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively, with an innovative approach to structuring deals.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.

- Knowledge of any language other than Hindi or English will be an added advantage
