Manager - Sales - FMCG/Financial Products Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-15 yrs)

Position: Sales Manager

- Location: Gurugram

- Experience Required: 5+ years in FMCG or Financial Products Sales and Distribution.

- Educational Qualification: MBA from a top-tier B-School (IIM mandatory).

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales and distribution strategy across the region for company AI-powered solutions targeted toward blue-collar workers.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with sales strategies.

- Ensure high-level identification & resolution of any issues effectively.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and metrics to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales cycle, along with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Experience in managing large teams and sales channels.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Should have knowledge about Gurgaon market for 5 years.
