Job Description

Sales Manager F&V (Processed)

General Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead sales of processed pulp, concentrates & IQF product portfolio in both Domestic & exports market. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record in the food industry, with a deep understanding of fruit processing and IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) technology. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can drive market excellence, ensure best customer relationships, and foster network across geographies.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, expanding the customer base and driving sales of fruit pulps, concentrates & IQF products in Domestic & International network expansion and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth & contribute to sustainable solutions which fits to company's vision of facilitating best offer to farmers & best products to customers by having strong hold on P&L of the segment.

Core competencies: Sales & marketing strategy planning, Market analysis, Excellent Team Management, Effective Communication, Strong Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead sales & marketing of pulps, concentrate & IQF products across geographies.

- Responsible for driving P&L for given segment.

- Implement marketing strategies to have better customer connect & order generation.

- Lead key accounts management for sustainable relationship with global clients with dedicated programs Certifications programs as per customer's need.

- Explore B2B events for better market reach & develop customer network.

- Drive growth in Frozen and Processed (Pulp & Concentrates) products through lead generation and market expansion in B2B, domestic, and export sectors.

- Develop customer base for new product portfolios & expand business beyond current offerings.

- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive and capture new opportunities.

- Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

- Initiative - Drive initiatives pertaining to market research, competition analysis & data analysis for better offerings.

- Manage and develop a team of skilled professionals to achieve organisational goals and maintain a positive work environment.

- Data analytics, cost management, lead negotiations & deal closure are key elements of the role.

- Effective stakeholders relationship for best collaboration & overall execution of group strategy.

Educational Qualification Required:

- MBA - Agri Business Management preferably tier 1 campuses.

Skills Required:

- Should possess deep knowledge of proceed industry & domain expertise required w.r.t customer backgrounds.

- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning abilities.

- Effective sales & marketing strategy planning & execution with team.

- Goal oriented and result driven mindset.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in processing (pulps & concentrate) and IQF product sales & marketing.
