Manager - Sales - FMCG - IIM (5-15 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales and distribution strategy across the region for Saathi's AI-powered solutions targeted toward blue-collar workers.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with sales strategies.

- Ensure high-level identification & resolution of any issues effectively.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and metrics to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

- MBA from IIM Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or financial products sales and distribution.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales cycle, along with the ability to build rapport with customers.
