Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to help our potential clients streamline their customer experience using our suite of customer experience products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technology and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer attraction skills. This role will focus on developing and presenting innovative solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in AI, and translating services into product-based offerings. The ability to work directly with CXOs and a deep understanding of pre-sales and solutions selling is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and craft tailored technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with client needs.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
  • Design and orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys, from ICP identification through revenue conversion
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage and convert high value accounts

Requirements:

  • A love and penchant for technology, and with a proven track record of using technology products to optimize organizational systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and including the ability to engage and build relationships with CXOs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record in addressing complex business challenges with technology solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience in experience in sales, consulting, or a technology-driven consulting role, preferably with Big 4 or similar firms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
