Job description

Generating PO as per finalized inquiry

Updating time to time Raw material dispatch status

Raw material and inquiry follow-up to vendor

Inward and outward controlling of material on daily basis with close monitoring

Verifying Purchase bill and send to account department

Inventory Management

Maintenance of supplier data by Preparation of monthly MIS reports

Good Knowledge of Vendor Follow up

Communication and negotiation skill

Email drafting

Proficiency in English speaking

Capability to handle the team and purchase department and their roles and responsibilities

Decision maker

Purchase Order preparation

Communication with vendor

Tackle the situations

Knowledge of fabrication and machining components
