Qualification:-B.tech:-Civil/Mechanical both ( mechanical having exp in structure/billing of thermal power plant and main plant/CHP/AHP

Location: Noida/Ramagundam-(Telangana) and Jharkhand-Patratu

Industry : Construction

Must have experience in Thermal Power Plant Projects and Main plant-CHP/AHP/ FGD Plant /CHIMNEY Projects

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress on site.
  
• Conduct quantity surveys, prepare rate analysis, and negotiate with subcontractors.
  
• Ensure accurate estimation of materials required for projects.
  
• Create bar bending schedules and bill clients based on contractual agreements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min Exp- 4 years in Thermal power plant/Main plant
  
• 5-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field (B.Tech/B.E. Civil/Mechanical preferred).
  

Desired Profile

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sub Contractor Billing, Client Billing, Quantity Estimation, and Bar Bending Schedule preparation.
