Personal Assistant To Founder

Role & responsibilities

• Administrative Support:
• Manage the founder's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure timely preparation of agendas, reports, and documentation.
• Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the founder.
• Operational Coordination:
• Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track and manage key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Act as a liaison between the founder and stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Event Planning and Management:
• Assist in planning and organising company events, conferences, and meetings.
• Prepare presentations, briefs, and other materials as required.
• Personal Tasks:
• Provide personal assistance as needed, including managing personal errands and household logistics.
• Strategic Support:
• Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain an organised database of contacts, resources, and key information.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
