We are seeking mentors who will assist students in their technical development in all aspects, much like technical leads and instructors.

Role - Technical Mentor(Assistant CSE Professor)Only From M.Tech/M.E-Computer Science /IT Background, No Other Qualification Will Be Considered.

Responsibilities

• This is a full-time, ongoing, onsite position and you will be responsible for the technical growth of a cohort of 40 high-potential students.
• You will embed in the campus: own the outcomes of students on all technical courses and projects. This includes programming, full stack development, OS, networks, etc. all of which are taught in a hands-on practical manner.
• You will lead multiple industry internships and MVPs utilizing the growing skills of the students.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students as they are stuck, based on the Kalvium mentorship framework.

Requirements

• Language proficiency: excellent ability to communicate in English.
• Technical Requirements: Basic algorithmic coding knowledge in any one of the programming languages Python, C, C++, Java script
• Strong passion for problem solving and learning new technologies

Pay & Location: Experience:- 2-4 Years in Academic/Education Industry

Qualification: M.Tech/M.E in Computer Science or IT or Related Field, With 2-4 Years of Experience

CTC:

Up To 2 Years of Experience:- Up to 7.25LPA(6.25LPA Fixed+1LPA Variable)

Up To 4 Years of Experience:- Up to 8.5LPA(7.5LPA Fixed+1LPA Variable)

The above CTC Details is only a pay scale range for your reference, actual salary will be decided based on:

1) Your Current CTC

2) Your Interview Performance
