Role - Technical Mentor(Assistant Professor)

Only From M.Tech/M.E-Computer Science /IT Background, No Other Qualification Will Be Considered

Responsibilities

• This is a full-time, ongoing, onsite position and you will be responsible for the technical growth of a cohort of 40 high-potential students.
• You will embed in the campus: own the outcomes of students on all technical courses and projects. This includes programming, full stack development, OS, networks, etc. all of which are taught in a hands-on practical manner.
• You will lead multiple industry internships and MVPs utilising the growing skills of the students.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students as they are stuck, based on the Kalvium mentorship framework.

Requirements

• Language proficiency: excellent ability to communicate in English.
• Technical Requirements: Basic algorithmic coding knowledge in any one of the programming languages Python, C, C++, Java script
• Strong passion for problem solving and learning new technologies

Pay & Location:

Experience:- 0-4 Years in Academic/Education Industry

Qualification: M.Tech/M.E in Computer Science or IT or Related Field

CTC:

Freshers:- 3 Months of Internship (20K/Month Stipend)

Full Time Conversion:- 5LPA (4.5 LPA Fixed + 50K Variable) & 1lakh PHD Benefit(One Time)

Up To 2 Years of Experience:- Up to 7.25LPA(6.25LPA Fixed+1LPA Variable)

Up To 4 Years of Experience:- Up to 8.5LPA(7.5LPA Fixed+1LPA Variable)

Qualification M.Tech + PHD

Fresher(M.Tech Completed & Pursuing PHD):- Up to 11LPA(9.5LPA Fixed+1.5LPA Variable)

The above CTC Details is only a pay scale range for your reference, actual salary will be decided based on:

1) Your Current CTC

2) Your Interview Performance
