We're Hiring! Territory Sales Manager - Chennai .
Are you a passionate sales professional with a knack for CAE/Simulation Software Sales? Do you thrive in building strong client relationships and driving business growth? Kaizenat Technology is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to expand our presence in Chennai!.
What You'll Do:.
Drive sales for ANSYS & CAE solutions in the Mid-Market/SMB segment.
Build & nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify business opportunities and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value.
What We're Looking For:.
- 4+ years of experience in simulation software sales (ANSYS, Siemens, Altair, etc.
- Strong technical acumen & consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Chennai region.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of ANSYS and CAE solutions within the assigned territory (Chennai).
- Identify and qualify leads within the Mid-Market/SMB segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical support, marketing) to deliver exceptional customer value.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in simulation software sales (experience with ANSYS, Siemens, Altair, or similar software is preferred).
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of CAE/simulation concepts.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Willingness 1 to travel within the Chennai region.
