Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate mid-market and enterprise-level customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and application engineering teams to ensure customer success.
- Reporting: Track sales metrics, provide accurate forecasts, and report progress to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in selling CAD/CAE simulation products (ANSYS, Siemens, Altair, SOLIDWORKS).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of CAD/CAE technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Bangalore, Chennai, and nearby regions as required.
