Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - South.

Experience: 8+ years in CAE ,CAD , CAM , Automotive/ Manufacturing sales (ANSYS, SolidWorks).

Role Overview:

- Kaizenat Technology is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Southern region, specializing in CAE software sales.

- The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence for CAE solutions like ANSYS and SolidWorks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Manufacturing sectors.

- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate sales to meet targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer support and satisfaction.

- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years in CAE sales (ANSYS, SolidWorks) or similar.

Education: Bachelor's in Engineering; MBA preferred.

Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
