Job Description: Inside Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead and inspire our team of Inside Sales Representatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively managing the sales team, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
- Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
Sales Performance & Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Design and refine sales pitches and presentations, highlighting key USPs.
- Strategize to improve lead conversion rates and strengthen the sales funnel.
- Develop initiatives to improve the overall customer acquisition journey.
Lead Generation & Management:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and other lead generation activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on digital presence, lead generation campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Work with Sales Operations to optimize top-of-funnel generation and sales processes.
- Ensure accurate tracking and adherence to team's daily input metrics and KPIs.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance the client experience and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve sales processes, reporting, and tools.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive changes and improvements for SME clients (if applicable).
Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement best practices for inside sales.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and calling solutions to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, including at least 1 year in a team management role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of inside sales methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and calling solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication,1 interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive changes, particularly for SME clients (if applicable).
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Good to Have:
- MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier-1 engineering college.
- Experience working with new-age internet companies.
