Location: Gurgaon.
Job Type: Work from Office.
Working Days: 6 days working, 2nd & 4th Sat Off.
Budget up to 25 LPA ( depends upon interview & Experience).

What You'll Be Doing:.
- Establish and communicate clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Reach monthly sales goals determined.
- Optimise calling scripts.
- Optimise call allocations, data calling, past customer callings.
- Maintain efficiency of call softwares, Sales CRM.
- Create Sales CRM Journeys.
- Work closely with marketing to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with our product offerings.
- Carry quarterly quota in order to reach annual goals.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales trends.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- 3 or more years previous consultative and solution based sales experience.
