About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
You will be a key player in expanding our market reach and achieving key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, industry events, and online platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts, including their business needs, challenges, and competitive landscape.
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and explore new business opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends.
Relationship Building & Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Track and monitor key sales metrics (e. , leads, opportunities, conversions, revenue) using CRM software.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress towards business goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and refine sales strategies.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
