Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and emerging markets.
- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential areas of growth and expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities and client demands to adjust the business development strategy accordingly.
Lead Generation & Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries to secure new business opportunities.
- Build and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Develop relationships with potential clients through networking, meetings, and other outreach efforts.
Proposal & Contract Development:
- Develop and present customized proposals, presentations, and bids to clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring both parties' needs are met and contracts are executed efficiently.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are properly addressed in the proposal and contract phase.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Track sales performance and metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
- Use CRM software to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business development goals and client expectations.
- Provide feedback from clients and prospects to internal teams to help refine products and services based on market demand.
