Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Partner Management:
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing queries and providing timely support.
• Client Sourcing:

Source clients from market areas, industrial parks, and business hubs through innovative field activities.

• Generate leads and arrange meetings with potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation & Networking:
• Develop and implement lead-generation activities to increase market reach.
• Build effective networks with potential channel partners and clients to grow business.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy:
• Create and execute strategies to increase consumer preference and drive sales.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on site walk-ins, channel partner performance, and client databases.
• Field Sales & Meetings:
• Conduct regular visits to channel partners to update them on current and upcoming projects.
• Maintain detailed records of daily field visits, updating the system accordingly.
• Target Achievement:
• Achieve monthly personal sourcing and sales targets.
• Assist the closing team to convert leads into successful closures, especially during weekends.
• Territory Research:
• Research and identify potential business opportunities and channel partners across Pune and surrounding regions.
