Job Title: Sourcing - Sales Executive - Real Estate (Goregaon, Mumbai)

Reports to: Head Sales

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to source and close deals for our real estate projects in Goregaon, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source new leads and prospects through networking, referrals, and online platforms.

2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

3. Conduct site visits, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

4. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

5. Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations.

7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Mumbai.

2. Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong network and relationships with developers, brokers, and clients.

5. In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, specifically Goregaon.

6. Bachelor's degree in any field.

7. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. RERA certification or equivalent.

2. Experience working with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

3. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
