Role & responsibilities

Manage relationship with CPs.

Identify CPs and promote projects to them.

Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs.

Take update from CPs on products and offerings.

Explore new avenues of CPs and broaden market.

Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance.

Train CP on product details.

Capture weekend walk-in data.

Graduate with minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in western line CP sourcing with a real estate company.

The candidate must have a good network/connect with CP’s in the local market.
