Role and Responsibilities:

Service to Senior Management in the company.

Greeting clients, guiding them and offering tea / coffee / juices, etc.

Ordering food from hotels and follow up to ensure it reaches on time

Clearing, cleaning and setting tables in cabins / conference rooms for lunch arrangements.

Ensuring pantry is stocked with cutlery, napkins, trays, etc.

Outdoor travel with Senior management and taking care of all food arrangements.

Skill required:

Polite and professional attitude.

Attention to detail.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Good organizing skills

Basic English communication skills is a must.

Customer service skills.

Location: Bandra (Mumbai)

Candidates from hotel industry would be preferred.
