Head - Module Sales
Location: PAN India
Experience Required: Minimum 15+ years in sales, with significant experience in the solar industry.

Job Description:

The Head - Module Sales will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company's solar modules across designated markets. This leadership role involves strategic planning, market development, and team management to achieve business objectives.

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to expand the customer base and meet revenue targets.
• Identify emerging markets and trends to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Business Development:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

• Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery.
• Coordinate with the finance team for pricing strategies and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in sales within the renewable energy sector, specifically in solar modules.
