About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced Head - Sales & Marketing (Solar Modules) to lead our business development and sales operations.

- The ideal candidate will drive strategic sales initiatives, expand market reach, and enhance revenue growth in the solar module sector.

- This is a leadership role based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Lead institutional sales efforts, managing key accounts and building strong customer relationships.

- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the solar module industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning and sales performance.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

- Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals through effective planning and execution.

Key Requirements:

- MBA from a reputed institution with a strong background in institutional sales.

- 10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the solar industry.

- Strong technical understanding of solar modules and related solutions.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams while fostering a high-performance culture.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
