Job Title: Sales Head
Role Summary:
- Lead Meghavis National sales strategy, focusing on filling lean hour capacities, expanding satellite spas, and optimizing utilization of therapy rooms and therapist hours.
- Forge strategic national tieups and drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance sales through focused partnerships and local collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive 100% target achievement by developing measurable, scalable sales strategies.
- Optimize Capacity: Maximize spa room and therapist utilization across all locations by creating targeted promotions and national partnerships, especially in lean hours.
- National & Local Partnerships: Establish tie-ups with lifestyle brands, loyalty programs, and gated communities to increase footfall. Collaborate with hotel sales teams for inhouse promotions.
- CRM & FO Team Alignment: Ensure front-office teams embody a sales-driven, customer-centric approach. Develop CRM practices that enhance client retention.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance metrics for the sales team, ensuring regular training, coaching, and alignment with business goals.
- Travel & Outreach: Travel as needed to build partnerships and support city-specific sales initiatives across our Pan-India presence.
Optimal Background:
- Sales Leadership in High-Growth Environments: Proven track record of driving double-digit sales growth within national wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in transforming underperforming teams with a focus on accountability and performance.
- Customer-Centric Sales Expertise: Experience in customer service-oriented companies, where sales initiatives are closely aligned with client satisfaction and retention goals.
- CRM & Sales Analytics Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM and analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making and improve sales processes.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Demonstrated success in forming national partnerships to
increase customer traffic and revenue.
- Multi-City & Multi-Channel Sales Experience: Experience managing sales across multiple cities, adapting strategies to diverse market conditions and customer segments.
Qualifications:
Education:
- MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
- Certifications in Sales Management, CRM, or Strategic Partnerships are a plus.
Experience:
- 10+ years in a national sales role within wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or a similar service-driven industry, with a proven track record of success.
- 5+ years managing and growing a sales team of 500+ across multiple locations.
Competencies:
- Aggressive Sales Driver: Ability to set ambitious targets and motivate the team to exceed them.
- Data-Driven: Skilled in leveraging CRM and sales data to inform strategies and enhance performance.
- Travel Ready & Hands-On Leader: Willing to travel extensively to support and build strong local sales teams.
- Team Builder: Expertise in creating a high-performance sales culture through structured performance management, training, and recognition programs.
Pay Structure: 36 LPA - Break up
INR 2.1 lakh fixed Per Month
INR 90,000 variable, based on:
- Achieving 100% target
- (50%) Increasing capacity utilization for therapists and Room inventory (25%)
- Securing national tie-ups (25%)
- ESOPs will be offered after 3 years of service and performance.
