Role : Subject Matter Expert - US Stock Markets, Crypto & Trading Systems

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

Trading Systems Development : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end trading systems for equities, options (single and multi-leg), futures, and ETFs.

Clearing Systems Expertise : Manage and optimize clearing systems, ensuring smooth trade settlement processes.

Payment Systems Integration : Handle ACH, EFT, Wire Transfers, and other payment systems for seamless financial transactions.

Brokerage Integrations : Work closely with brokerage systems to ensure smooth integration and connectivity for trade execution.

KYC & Compliance : Lead and implement KYC processes within the trading systems to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Crypto Integration : Stay up-to-date with cryptocurrency trends and integrate crypto trading functionalities into existing systems.

System Optimization : Troubleshoot and improve trading system performance, ensuring high reliability and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 8+ years in developing, supporting, and maintaining trading systems for equities, options,

futures, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.

Technical Expertise : Proficiency with clearing systems, payment systems (ACH, EFT, Wire Transfers), brokerage integrations, and compliance tools.

Crypto Knowledge : Understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain, and integration of crypto trading systems with traditional markets.

KYC Compliance : Strong knowledge of KYC regulations and systems.

Problem Solving : Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale complex systems to meet performance and regulatory requirements.

Communication : Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and compliance teams.

Agile Environment : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
