Subject Matter Expert - SAP SuccessFactors (6-10 yrs)

About the Role :

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, you will be a key driver of innovation and expertise within our delivery engagements. You will be a recognized expert, contributing to our market reputation and shaping both our and our clients' strategies by bringing emerging ideas to life. Leveraging your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills, you will work directly with clients as a trusted advisor, gathering requirements, analyzing needs, designing solutions, and implementing best-practice business changes using SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a recognized SME in SAP SuccessFactors (Succession & Development and ideally other modules like Performance & Goals, Integration, Onboarding/Offboarding, Workforce Analytics, Recruiting, Employee Central).

- Collaborate with and manage teams, guiding them to perform at their best.

- Be accountable for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams. Mentor and guide junior professionals.

- Provide solutions to complex problems, both within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.

- Engage directly with clients in a trusted advisor capacity.

- Gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping both our and our clients' strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Succession & Development. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (Performance & Goals, Integration, Onboarding/Offboarding, Workforce Analytics, Recruiting, Employee Central) is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.

- Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules.

- Knowledge of integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- 15 years of full-time education.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integrations (Technical).

- Experience with other cloud-based HR systems.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies.

- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
