SAP Fieldglass Techno-Functional Consultant - SuccessFactors Modules (9-11 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled SAP Fieldglass Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in configuring SAP Fieldglass and integrating it with SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Fieldglass configuration and deployment, along with experience in SuccessFactors modules.

This role involves configuring SAP Fieldglass to support workforce management and external services procurement, along with ensuring smooth integration with SuccessFactors.

Location : India (remote).

Type : Contract (12 months -extendable).

Experience : 8+ years.

Shift Timings : 10 am to 7 pm IST (Qatar Shift Remote).

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass with a focus on configuration and techno-functional expertise.

- Proven experience in integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically with modules like Employee Central.

- Solid understanding of contingent workforce management and services procurement processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass modules including Worker, Statement of Work (SOW), and Analytics.

- Knowledge of configuration and integration methodologies for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fieldglass.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting Fieldglass and SuccessFactors configurations and integrations.

- Proficiency in gathering and translating business requirements into Fieldglass and SuccessFactors configurations.

- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (such as SAP CPI) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and end-users.

Responsibilities :

- Configure and optimize SAP Fieldglass modules to meet client requirements for contingent workforce and services procurement.

- Implement integration solutions between SAP Fieldglass and SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design Fieldglass and SuccessFactors configurations that align with business processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fieldglass and SuccessFactors configurations and integration points.

- Develop and document best practices for Fieldglass and SuccessFactors configurations, integrations, and process flows.

- Conduct testing, quality assurance, and validation for SAP Fieldglass configurations and integrations with SuccessFactors.

- Provide user training and support for SAP Fieldglass and SuccessFactors functionalities, helping end-users understand best practices.

- Work closely with onshore and client teams to ensure successful deployment and support.
