SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant (10-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) for developing, extending, and customizing C4C business objects.

- Deep understanding of ABSL, BODL, UI Script, Ruby script, and UI designer to create complex C4C solutions.

- Experienced in administering and managing the C4C lifecycle.

- Skilled in scripting languages, SAP reuse libraries, and basic data types.

- Knowledge of code lists, notifications, print forms, analytics, mashups, tracing, and debugging techniques.

Functional Expertise :

- Strong understanding of C4C core functionalities, including sales, service, marketing, and customer service.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience in scoping, process design, web services, and UI development using HTML and Silverlight.

Project Delivery :

- Active participation in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Contribution to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

- Execution of unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Timely resolution of defects and issues.

- Provision of effective training to key users.

Technical Architecture :

- Collaboration with architects to design and implement complex IT landscapes, including SAP C4HANA, CRM, ERP/S4HANA, and other non-SAP systems.

- Adherence to best practices and standards for C4C development and deployment.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7+ years of hands-on SAP C4C technical consulting experience.

- Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of SAP C4C, Cloud Application Studio, ABSL, BODL, UI Script, Ruby script, UI designer, web services, and integration technologies.

- Functional Skills : Strong understanding of C4C core functionalities, business processes, and industry best practices.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication : Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and business stakeholders.

- Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications : SAP C4C certifications.

- Industry Experience : Experience in specific industries like retail, manufacturing, or healthcare.

- Cloud Expertise : Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
