Key Responsibilities :

- UI/UX Design : Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- User Research : Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

- Collaborative Design : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet functional and technical requirements.

- Design Systems : Develop and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring design consistency across products.

- Responsive Design : Create responsive and adaptive designs that provide an optimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes.

- Usability Testing : Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback to ensure the best user experience.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to improve design processes and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and web accessibility standards.

- Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.

- Strong communication skills to present design ideas and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
