- Work directly with our founders and collaborate with top engineers on diverse software projects.

- Build scalable, high-performance systems across various languages and architectures.

- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring best engineering practices and innovation.

- Translate complex AI/engineering topics into customer-friendly solutions.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong background in backend or full-stack development (Python, Node.js, Java, Go, etc.)

- Hands-on expertise in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, computer vision, NLP, automation).

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent communication & storytelling skills to simplify technical concepts.

Required Skills :

- Pre-sales or technical consulting experience (leveraging AI expertise).

- Familiarity with AI APIs, LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.

- Leading cross-functional teams in a fast-moving setup.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research papers.
