Engineering Lead - Google Cloud Platform (10-12 yrs)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Engineer Lead to join our growing team.

As an Engineer Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding the technical direction of our products, leading and mentoring a team of engineers, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Define and implement the technical vision and roadmap for assigned products.

- Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software products.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve product performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Experience and skill required :

Minimum educational qualifications :

- Bachelor's engineering or master's engineering degree in computer science, Software Engineering without any gaps & 70 + % throughout.

- Engineer with 10 - 12 years of experience, out of which a minimum of 5+ years in leading the Technology Stream, relevant to the latest technology trends, in a startup or a mid-sized IT Product company.

- Full stack software engineering experience with 5+ years of experience leading, developing, and scaling engineering teams.

Coding skills :

- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design, and programming.

- A solid development background is required for JavaScript (node.js/ react.js), .Net Core, Data structures & cloud platforms (Azure/ AWS).

- Awareness of DevOps highly preferred.

- Demonstrated relevant experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on product revamping and modernization.

- Demonstrated experience of working on enterprise level products.

- Hands-on and end-to-end product build, development and delivery experience with a mix of customer interfaces (eg web, mobile), languages and technologies, SaaS/Cloud based/ Big sized / Date Centered application, with a strong concurrent user base.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale architectural transformations and driving successful product revamps.

Technological awareness :

- Awareness of both emerging and existing technologies including programming languages and frameworks.

- Experience in Micro Services based architecture, analytics, and automation flows
