Role: Delivery Manager.

Location : Baner, Pune.

Job Responsibilities:.

- A significant focus for this role includes analysis of business requirements and problem-solving.

- Overall responsibility of product management, execution and implementation.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system requirements.

- Create Software functional documents, High Level Design documents, and Non-functional requirements for the project.

- Prepare and guide team for FRS and SRS as per the requirement.

- Leverage domain expertise to provide the most effective solutions.

- Select and apply appropriate analysis techniques and tools (process modeling, use cases, etc.

- Coordinating with various teams such as Development, Quality, Business analysts, implementation team and client.

- Setting timelines for deliverables.

- Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies.

Skill Set:

- Thorough understanding of designing Business Process driven applications.

- Sound knowledge in mapping requirements with enterprise solution.

- Sound understanding in gathering- business, technical requirements preferably in construction/ infrastructure domain.

- Minimum 12 years of experience in mapping latest technology trends with the requirements.

- Software / ERP implementation and project management experience, preferably in large construction enterprise projects.

- Must have experience in large enterprise solution design and implementation.

- Modelling with UML 2.0 & CASE tools in general.

- Having the judgment necessary to choose the best solution to complex problems.

- Detailed practical understanding of project processes.

- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
