Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, promoting self-organization and accountability.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Assist product owners in managing product backlogs and ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, promoting a culture of problem-solving.

- Foster an environment of collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams.

- Monitor Agile metrics and team performance, driving continuous improvements.

- Support Agile transformations by coaching team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.

- Ensure Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) are effectively used for tracking and reporting project progress.

- Advocate Agile best practices and contribute to Agile process enhancements across the organization.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello.

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

- Ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in DevOps and Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure Agile process effectiveness.

- Familiarity with Lean and XP methodologies.
