Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zscaler SME with expertise in ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and ZPA (Zscaler Private Access). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing Zscaler solutions to enhance our organization's cloud security posture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and configure Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA) based on business requirements.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance for Zscaler-related projects and initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler with existing network and security infrastructure.

- Conduct troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for Zscaler deployments.

- Monitor and optimize the performance and security of Zscaler solutions.

- Prepare documentation, including deployment guides, SOPs, and reports.

- Stay updated on Zscaler product updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).

- Solid understanding of networking protocols, cloud security, and cybersecurity principles.

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in Zscaler environments.

- Familiarity with integration of Zscaler with various platforms and tools.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Zscaler certifications such as ZCCA (Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator) or ZCCP (Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional).

- Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, and other security products.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
