- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage on the customers business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate PPBU value proposition/sales solution strategy.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Collaborate with NHQ level sales launch, sales target achievement.
- Business Acumen & Rich experience on large and national accounts.
- Commanding to exceed in technical sales.
- Liaison with Channel and other Enterprise Account Managers (field) by engaging in targeted call campaigns to enable deeper penetration into targeted accounts
- Developing new corporate clients and establishing long term relation with them
- Sales of Data Security solutions (end user as well as gateway level) & data availability solutions to the corporate customers.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan.
- Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
