JTek Software is looking for an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in .NET, React, and Azure to lead and mentor our full stack development team. If you're passionate about building scalable applications, leading projects, and driving technical excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers working on full stack applications built with .NET and React.

- Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable and high-performance architectures for web applications hosted on Azure.

- Project Management: Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Ensure on-time delivery and technical alignment with business goals.

- Code Quality: Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and debugging to maintain clean, efficient, and maintainable codebases.

- API Design: Oversee the design and development of robust and efficient RESTful APIs to integrate the frontend and backend seamlessly.

- Continuous Improvement : Drive innovation by keeping up with the latest trends in .NET, React, and Azure, and implementing new solutions to enhance performance and scalability.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend, backend, product management, and design teams, to deliver high-quality applications.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in .NET (C#) for backend development.

- Strong experience with React for frontend development.

- Deep experience with Azure (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, etc.).

- Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Node.js and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Docker for containerization.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Experience in leading teams on cloud-native application development.
