As a Business Analyst in the Markets Post Trade Transformation (MPTT) team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative solutions.
Your focus will be on evaluating operational processes, anticipating business needs, and ensuring seamless operational readiness
You will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing and implementation of ongoing product enhancements, as well as strategic level deliverables across the Derivatives and FX post-trade domain
You will be instrumental in delivering a multi-year program aimed at re-platforming and enhancing global Derivatives and FX Post Trade processing, driving efficiency, control, and superior client service
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of all Transformation activities covering Project Management, business analysis, user acceptance testing, parallel migration tasks, as well as ensuring the realization of priority operational outcomes

Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational systems and user needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting and reference data needs.
Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and reference data management.
Work with IT and data management teams to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
Elicit and document detailed requirements and user stories.
Prioritize and manage multiple streams of work at any given time; detail-oriented with outstanding time management.
Prioritize requirements based on strategic business objectives.
Ensure operational readiness and facilitate smooth transitions from development to production.
Document project plans and RAIDS
Identify, document, and resolve post-implementation issues and defects.
Act as a liaison between Operations, Technology, and Transformation stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements and user stories.
Project Management experience in handling project end to end
Proficient in using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft 365.
Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Ability to create test plans and associated test cases, and support users when Testing
Understanding of reporting and analytical tools like Tableau, Qliksense
Proficient Task Manager
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage with stakeholders.
