Trade Support Analyst
Job Description:
- Join our innovative team as a Team Leader in the Credit Portfolio Group, where you'll drive excellence in collateral data management and lead cross-functional projects to enhance global operations.
Job Summary:
- As a Team Leader in the Credit Portfolio Group, you will manage collateral data, ensure regulatory compliance, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across global teams, collaborating with Operations & Technology to optimize processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead collateral data management and GAUSS compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.
- Ensure adherence to controls and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement across Back Office, Middle Office, and Global teams.
- Interact with Operations & Technology to redesign processes.
- Track remap negotiations and manage NMCR phase 2 demand.
- Organize team to track and control CSAs.
- Oversee CSA discount curve mappings for each Line of Business.
- Implement key controls on data quality and curve overrides.
- Coordinate global strategy across multiple asset classes.
- Capture CSA changes' impact on PnL and Risk.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Hold CA/MBA with 4 years or Graduate/Post-Graduate with minimum 5 years in Derivative Operations.
- Demonstrate strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively in English, given the global nature of the role.
- Pay attention to detail and address root causes.
- Exhibit drive and motivation to handle multiple tasks and improve performance.
- Collaborate effectively as a strong team player.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Salary work-life balance all are a given in this company. If you work here with a great manager you don't need to switch at least for nest 5 year. no day will be mundane.
IJP is now a tool just to retain employees who are leaving, i would want less on the current manager's involvement in movement, as they try to hinder it by influence to ensure only they have a good employee. IJP is intended for learning new skills but unfortunately that is failing.
